Refund Policy

➤ Physical Products

Due to the handmade and limited edition nature of our products, we are currently unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You’ll need to provide photographs of the damage so we can assess the issue. If approved, we’ll either send a replacement item or offer an alternative solution. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been used or opened, unless it is faulty.

➤ Digital Products

All digital downloads are non-refundable.


If you experience an issue accessing or downloading your file(s), please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll make sure you receive the correct version.

Shipping Policy

We now ship physical products for free within the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48, with a dispatch time of up to 2 working days from when your order is placed.

At this time, we are only shipping within the UK. However, international shipping is coming soon - please check back for updates or sign up for our mailing list to be the first to know when it becomes available.
